On a budget but still want to look stylish?
Many say looking good on no money is impossible. But Trisha Goddard knew when she asked us to join her show as expert help, real style is not about how much money you spend, so get creative and stop shopping for the same things over and over again.

We live in a world where fashion is now so cheap and disposable it leaves us all looking exactly the same in poor quality, ill fitting clothes not to mention the fact children are being used for slave labour to give us our already too cheap fashion fix. If you care anything about people having the right to fair wages or the planet already protesting loudly with animal extinction and freak weather patterns; vintage, eco, recycled and second hand is the way to go and will not cost the earth, literally.
Style is unique, fashion is for sheep. First step to effective styling on a budget, an affordable luxury black base layer. Lots of us wear just black, it's safer and slimming but if your black staples have seen better days improve your styling mannequin with a good quality foundation before trying jazzing it up with a little red hat or gold clutch bag, fantastic accessories can always be found in a charity shop to practise your styling before investing in anything else.
Just one unique piece will help you stand out from the crowd and it is better all round to spend a few pounds on something designer, second hand that will likely last a lifetime than something the whole world will be wearing made by a child. Think about it. Stepping out of your styling comfort zone is way less risky when you don't invest a whole load of cash and charity shopping, even if you over consume or make mistakes in the beginning, you are helping big style and can always give stuff back, worst case scenario.
It is a fact people notice your shoes and accesories more so they don't have to be expensive, it's just a safer place to make a styling statement on a budget.
