How To Work Yourself Out

You would imagine it would be simple to know who you are and be able to work yourself out when life delivers a curve ball, those kind of obstacles where all the options appear unbearable, unthinkable  but the truth is, it is at these times we turn to something outward, like alcohol, sugar, sex etc. to hide behind.

When we hide behind our truth, to save face or appear bigger and more interesting than we actually are, we lose sight of reality and end up living a lie, which automatically leads to misery and comfort appetite binging in order to escape this mind chaos. To think about who you really are deep down, if you’re completely honest, is difficult because facing your dark side means you have to change it and in changing you have to admit failure.

Admitting failure and taking personal responsibility for the mistakes you have made without thinking about your life choices, takes true desire and determination. it's common sense when you desire something more than something you already have, it is human nature to change direction to get what you want.

If we are not thinking properly, hiding behind denial, this natural instinct to change is completely missed and the desire to keep making the same mistakes and expecting a different outcome becomes our insanity.

Getting to know yourself for real and understanding what you desire more, then keeping on a straight path, fearless and focused on your end goal is the only sure route to true happiness which trust me, when you get there, is more addictive than any fake high known to man.

Learning how to work yourself out is not as difficult as you would imagine, if you are prepared to do the work and cultivate the desire you require. And with my help and some key pointers and triggers the only thing left you need to do now is read my book.
