Talking therapy, (you may have heard of N.L.P. (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and C.B.T. (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy)) is the most effective ways to combat stress and depression.
In Hollywood everyone, including pets, has their own personal therapist. It has become as important and normal as having a personal stylist. A problem shared is a problem halved.
