Looking Younger By Keeping A Healthy Happy Heart

Did you know a healthy heart emits a field of energy. This magnetic field produced by the heart is more than 100 times greater in strength than the field generated by the brain and can be detected up to 3 feet away from the body.

Think about these phrases we use unconsciously all the time in every day life, she had the heart of a lion, he is all heart, heart felt thanks, heart of the matter, from the heart, brave heart. Nurturing your heart strengthens it's signal which in turn makes us more powerful and attractive to others yet the brain holds more status in our minds as the most powerful organ of the body.

Looking younger and good all the time is really tricky for most of us who just don't have the heart, money or the life we think we need to be fabulous so over a certain age, women particularly just give up. There are some simple common sense rules you need to understand when it comes to turning back the clock and being the best you can be; and sit down before reading.

1. Give up alcohol, coffee and drink water, green tea.

2. Eat cherries, apricots, avocado and anything else with a stone.

3. Stop smoking and exercise daily.

4. Eat 1500 calories per day if female 2000 if male.

5. Give up ice cream, chocolate, cakes and truffles. Try vegan equivalents like Northern Bloc or Booja Booja so you don't feel deprived.

6. Keep out of the sun, use fake tan instead, James Read is one of the best I've tried on a budget.

7. Do some yoga and meditation every day.

I did not say it would be easy but it is possible to turn back the clock if you follow the above and make it your lifestyle not a diet fad. Most of you are probably thinking "no way, what’s the point of living" but the truth is if we don't make changes as we age, we are likely to die young anyway, so just change one pattern at a time and watch the amazing results materialize.

If you are unable to make some changes in your life because you have no will power, recognize everything you do is a choice and it is you and only you in charge of your habits. I have tried and tested all recommendations for older women, some work better than others.

If you can only aspire to one thing, wish for a happy healthy heart. If your heart feels heavy you need to do some work letting go to lighten the load.

It's very easy to become overwhelmed at the prospect of changing everything and as a result you end up changing nothing. My best advice is to tackle one small change at first. No pressure. Once you have mastered this congratulate yourself in your meditation. The positive affirmations will create the impetous you need to move onto another small change and before you know it you'll be a completely different person with a healthy happy heart; for real.
